Joyce far exceeded our expectations. She was so knowledgeable of available homes, neighborhoods plus traffic patterns. Her skills in responding to our many questions was amazing. Her responses were quick, accurate and just made sense. Additionally Joyce is well connected with inspectors, escrow agencies and home warranty agencies and processes. She quickly learned what we wanted and worked diligently to find homes that fit our needs. She worked closely with our daughter (who lives there) to find and view potential homes for several months.
